SECRETARY'S REPORT
Cathy Nelson has attended her first meeting.

Jen Little needs to be inducted and oriented. Bobbi will notify Jay and Rob.

TREASURER'S REPORT
Treasurer absent.

Bill needs to get Tom Jarrett trained on Quick Books.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Jim Hutchins, Community Service, asked Jim Richards to talk with Sheriff re confusion about the work camp ladders. Jim Richards will pass around sign up sheet for ladder project week of June 17-24, delivery on the Friday before.

Erin asked to report on Little League project.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Five GSE members will be at our meeting next week. Bobbi will mention extra people to Reggie.

District Convention June 21, Steve going up Friday to pick up GSE folks. Needs 5 banners and 5 lighthouse ornaments as gifts.

Tour de Chesapeake Rest Stop on Saturday, May 19, at Bayside. Rodney will ask for donations of food. 

Discussed wine tasting. 

NEW BUSINESS
Emergency Services Building on grounds of THMS housing water, batteries, meals, etc. They have asked Rotary to buy building materials. Dave Burns will study alternatives and report at next board meeting.

Picnic planned for Thursday, June 28 at Tom Jarrett’s house.

The club will participate in the July yard sale.

The Board thanked David Fitch for hosting the board meeting and providing snacks.
