UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Reviewed program for Charter Night Dinner. Inductions of new members will be done by John McKone. Bobbi will see if there have been any Paul Harris Fellows since last Charter Night. All Charter Members will be listed, highlighting those still active. Suggested adding closing remarks.

This will be the last event at the Mathews Yacht Club that will allow us to bring our own beer and wine. After this event, they will begin charging for wine and beer. We may want to consider a different location. John suggested moving event to the Piankatank Ruritan Club to show support and appreciation for their assistance with our weekly meetings.

Mr. & Mrs. McKone, Mr. & Mrs. Warriner and Mr. & Mrs. Duckworth will be invited from Rotary District. Bobbi will include directions to yacht club in their invitations.

Steve Pugh has completed his second official visit. Will be invited to Charter Night for induction.

No date yet for Habitat for Humanity workday.

Update on Williams Wharf project: They would like us to provide the stainless steel fixtures, (4) sinks, toilets, etc. Mike will contact Ferguson to see if they will donate the items. In addition, WW has requested 5-6 Rotarians to help install footings, etc. No date has been set as they still need approval from county.

Crew Regatta is Saturday, April 1. Jon and Mike will come up with menu.

The date of Saturday, September 30th was selected for Rotary Wine Tasting.

NEW BUSINESS
Coffee mugs are low. Do we want to reorder? It was suggested that we commission a local artist to create a piece for us with a Mathews landmark. A budget of $2-3 each was proposed. Bobbi will research and bring to next board meeting.

A request came from the library to sponsor the next "Mathews Matters" community meeting, Career Opportunities and Retirement in Mathews. Cost of $120 for flyers, ads, etc. will come out of operating budget. Request approved. John will contact Bette Dillehay.

Support of the Group Workcamps was discussed. It was decided that we consider donating funds from the operating budget and encourage individuals to participate on their own if they wish.

It was suggested that our weekly programs include more topics of benefit to Mathews. Dave Burns will bring a list of potential speakers to the Board for discussion. Email Dave with possible resources.

Still need a March greeter.
