SECRETARY'S REPORT
Jen Little has completed one visit. Cathy Nelson and Steve Woods have been proposed by Donald Thrift.

Judy Castleman needs to be inducted. 

COMMUNICATIONS

TREASURER'S REPORT
None 

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Club Service Jay Black, discussed charter night.
Ask Charlie Bill to do invocation; Ralph to do recognition of Charter Members.
Becky needs to check on the Paul Harris Fellows awards.
Bobbi needs to send invites to Bert, Ernie and Sandy.
Bobbi needs to remind Jay to bring banners, bell, etc. to MYC.
Still need speaker.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Still discussing buying podium vs. constructing. Bobbi needs to ask David Burns if he has ordered podium.

GREETER
 Beginning in March greeters will be club members, alphabetically—minus board members.
