SECRETARY'S REPORT
Donald and Joseph are on their third meeting. David Holleran approved by the Board to start membership procedure, sponsored by Carlton.

COMMUNICATIONS
Judy Castleman requested LOA May 15-July 25. Bobbi will research Rotary Intl's policy. If no policy, Board of Directions will create one.

We received a Thank you from BikeWalk Virginia for our participation in Tour de Chesapeake.

TREASURER'S REPORT
None (Treasurer absent)

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Mike suggested having incoming President-elect Chair of Fund Raising Committee. Moved, seconded and passed.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Fireworks have been cancelled.

June 22 orientation of entire club during Rob’s program.

Williams Wharf project finalizing site plan. We have toilets. Project needs to be done Nov 1. Mike will try to get extension.

Habitat house on Woods Cove Road, scheduling work day for Rotary on a Saturday in June or July. Jim will bring up at meeting in another week.

Picnic plans at Pulleys. Members bring covered dishes, we have coke and water left from the regatta. Tables and chairs from shed. Installation of officers will take place, as well as induction of new members. Ed will find an installer.

July 12 dinner with District Governor Bert Lamkin in lieu of Board meeting; July 13 DG program at meeting. Jay rescheduled for September 28 program.

Need chairman for June Yard Sale. It was suggested that next year we skip the May Yard Sale and start in June.

Potato Gun Contest OR Fishing Tournament. Not both as both require sponsors.

Board meetings will remain the same time and place for now.

NEW BUSINESS
John Dayton was recognized for his "service above self" as this was his last meeting as a member of the Mathews Rotary Board.
