Proposed balanced 06-07 Budget ready to take to membership for a vote in June.

Budget worksheets to Committee Chairs.

Intl Committee carrying over budget for Bridges Program next year.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Judy Castleman induction tomorrow. Ernie can pin, Jay will induct. Bobbi will get kit.

Habitat For Humanity work day in June. 

Picnic June 29. Invitations to District Gov and Asst DG. Ed will invite them. Georg has installation script if needed. Member recognition awards. Mathews Rotarian of the Year (picked up by club), Sustaining Members, Paul Harris Fellows, Presidential Awards. 

District awards program nominations: Club Service directory, Community Service HAM Shed, Intl Service Book Drive.

Moved to NOT have classification talks at each program. Rather to have Classification talks once per quarter, 3-5 members, 5 minutes each.

Voted to continue with Business Meetings once per month.

Wine Tasting, September 30, to be held at Bill Higdon’s house.

NEW BUSINESS
Moved to put Potato Gun event back into the draft of fund raising schedule in October.
