SECRETARY'S REPORT
Mathews Rotary Club average attendance is 68.2%, which puts us just slightly below our District average of 69.9%.

Kelli Parr has submitted her resignation, citing lack of time.

Judy Castleman still needs to be inducted. Bobbi will arrange with Jay.

COMMUNICATIONS
none 

TREASURER'S REPORT
Dues are still $4,800 in arrears. Ed will write a letter to each person more than 90 days past due.

COMMITTEE REPORTS
Wine Tasting did very well with appx $5,000 profit.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Social at Boatel on Thursday, Oct 12. Bring finger food, beverages will be provided. David has arranged a silent auction of CDs. Bobbi will send auction preview email to membership.

Ed will get with David Burns about Simplified Grant money distribution.

Ed will pursue Potato Gun event at Islander. 

NEW BUSINESS
A nominating committee will be appointed to meet in Nov, with Rodney as chair. We need to select a VP and Treasurer. Becky and Jay have asked to be released as Foundation and Club Service Committee chairs, respectively. 

Membership will be asked to submit names for consideration as new members.
